New Year, New You - 12 Months to Optimal Health

A Free program coinciding with Dr. Ted's Monthly Lecture Series

Making meaningful lifestyle changes to improve your health takes a great deal of discipline and guidance and Dr. Ted wants to make this process easier for you.  He has created a 12 month healthy lifestyle program to walk participants step by step through the process of making the changes needed to live a long and healthy life.  The program contains 4 phases that build on each other to help you create healthy habits that you can stick with:

 ·           28 Day Detox: jump start your health with this great detox program.  Perfect for getting back on track after the holidays.

·           Slimming the Body: 12 weeks focused on healthy eating and weight loss

·           Strengthening the Body: 12 weeks focused on exercise

·           Strengthening the Mind & Spirit: 16 weeks focused on the most neglected part of a healthy lifestyle

This 12 month program is free for participants and can be done as a whole or you can opt to take advantage of any of the individual free monthly lectures (on the second Thursday of the month) that coincide with the overall program.

28 Day Detox - Thursday, January 12th at 6:30pm
Join Dr. Ted for an informative lecture about his amazing new 28 Day Detox Program. This program is a gentle and safe detox that will leave you feeling healthier and more energetic. The detox incorporates a healthy eating program with specific supplements to support digestion, detoxification, and elimination to jump start any health goals you may have.

How to Achieve Your Ideal Weight - Thursday, February 9th at 6:30pm
Make this year the year that you keep your New Year's Resolution and get serious about weight loss. Dr. Ted will lay out a plan for healthy weight loss, including a discussion on foods that aid in weight loss, portion control, motivation, health problems and metabolic problems that could be hindering your weight loss, and more. 

 How to Eat and Live Right for Your Blood Type - Thursday, March 8th at 6:30pm
Dr. Ted Suzelis, N.D. will explain the scientific background behind the “Eat Right For Your Type” diet, as well as dietary and lifestyle guidelines for each blood type. Attendees will be able to try blood type diet friendly products including spelt bread, soy milk, almond milk, spelt pizza, rice ice cream and more.
